Colin Spenley, from New Zealand, has a career spanning over 35 years in teaching, experiences, workshops, courses, and lectures in the field of personal development. He is a Life Coach, Holistic Therapist, and the creator of the Equilibrium+ technique, which allows individuals to eliminate negative emotions from their lives without drugs or years of therapy.
The focus of Equilibrium+ covers three areas: the MIND (including mindfulness), EMOTIONS and personal ENERGY care.
