…in questi anni sul mondo del lavoro se ne sono dette tante, per tutti quelli che si laureavano come me, in quegli anni si parlava dei master e dei corsi di formazione come passaporti per il mondo del lavoro, in realtà solo dopo ho scoperto che erano tutte balle, le cose stavano in maniera molto diversa e le aziende guardavano ad altre cose.
Intanto i corsi di specializzazione in quanto tali devono rispondere una logica precisa che è quella legata al mondo delle aziende, se quello che vai a fare sia esso a pagamento o gratuito non corrisponde a una precisa esigenza di mercato, il rischio è quello di avere fatto un qualcosa che ti lascerà un bell’attestato, il solito pezzo di carta che ti dirà che sei uno intelligente, preparato, laureato ma un lavoro non lo riesci a trovare, come al solito la tua famiglia dirà che non è colpa tua, in fondo quando hai studiato le cose andavano in maniera diversa e la laurea era il passaporto vero un posto di lavoro assicurato.
Questa è la seconda balla che a me hanno rifilato, ti racconto la mia storia, laureato in filosofia nel 2000 a Bologna con una tesi sul marketing e comunicazione andando contro corrente, grandi soddisfazioni, grandi strette di mano e poi il buio più totale.
Sul mondo del lavoro non conoscevo nulla, a differenza di te che oggi almeno una fortuna ce l’hai, quella di fare il famoso stage, in quegli anni ti dovevi dare da fare da solo, valeva il principio aiutati che il ciel ti aiuta, questo principio è rimasto ancora oggi valido, il problema è ben diverso.
